Our club provided a grant to the Hudson Library to underwrite the purchase of one of three Little Free Libraries newly located throughout Highlands. This photo shows the installation of the Rotary Club supported Library at the Community Care Clinic of Highlands.
Past President Sherry Holt and President Zach Claxton present cash gifts for the teachers. Pictured are teacher Brian Aulisio, Assistant Principal Sarah Holbrooks and Principal Brian Jetter. Our club donated $100 cash to each teacher. Past President Sherry Holt and President Zach Claxton present cash gifts to Highlands School Principal Brian Jetter. The cash gifts will be distributed to all teachers by Principal Jetter. President Claxton presents a check to the Highlands Community Child Development Center. Rotary members get ready to help with our Warm Winter Wear project. Rotary members receive donated coats for our upcoming Warm Winter Wear project. Rotary members collect coats for our District project: 
            Winter Warm Wear Rotary Club of Highlands President Zach Claxton with the 2 truck drivers who delivered a trailer of water and food to storm victims in Lake Charles Louisiana. Our club made a significant contribution to help finance this relief effort.
Robert E. Smith loads a box into a food pantry recipient's car on Memorial Day in Highlands. Rotary members Robert E. Smith and Jerry Moore with fresh produce for recipients at our local food bank. Our club made a $5,000 donation to our local food bank. Rotary members Robert E. Smith and Jerry Moore give our check to Marty Rosenfield, the director of the Highlands food bank. President Holt delivers a donation from our club to Mary Adair for the Youth Theater program at PAC. Shoes for Haiti is part of our Cinderella project.
Sherry and Selwyn help pack a box to be sent to the needy folks in Haiti.

Sherry and Keith donate a Rotary check to Bonnie and Jane, representatives from the Literacy Council. The check represents proceeds from our Craft Beer Night. President Holt makes a $2,000 donation in memory of
Christy Kelly to Kids Camp at The Mountain. Our recent 5K & 10K race proceeds were presented to the Advance Highlands Education Committee (AHEC) by President Sherry Holt. President Moore presents a Rotary check to Tay Bronaugh to be used for heating assistance for less fortunate Highlands residents.
Rotary member Keith Crawford presents a check for $5,000 to Robbie Forrester of the Highlands Fire Department. This money will be used to help victims of recent hurricanes. Rotary members Diane McPhail (left) & Derek Taylor  present a check for $25,000, raised by the recent Rotary sponsored 5 K run, to Anne Koenig in support of The Highlands Counseling and Psychotherapy Center. 

Bob Kieltyka (left) representing the Highlands Chamber of Commerce, presented a check to Derek Taylor, the chair of our Rotary 5 K run. Interact members donate funds to help a project in India. Hank Ross and Cynthia Dendy hand out $100 cash to each teacher at Highlands School. Each year our club donates money to be used to purchase classroom materials not furnished by the school or for any purpose that helps the teachers enrich the education of their students.
President Trevathan presents a check for $1000 to Lester Norris to help fund the Highlands skate park. President Trevathan & Rotary member Derek Taylor present a check for over $13,000 to the Booster club at Highlands School. This money was raised by the recent 5K run, sponsored by Rotary and headed up by Derek Taylor.
